DWTN Residences
DWTN Residences is a residential skyscraper by Deyaar Development on Al Mustaqbal Street in Business Bay, next to the Business Bay metro station. Deyaar unveiled the project on 10 June 2025 under the name Downtown Residences. CTBUH lists the tower at 445 m with 110 floors above ground, which Deyaar describes as its tallest project to date.
The tower is planned to contain 522 residences: one- to three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses and a residence the developer calls the Royal Palace at the top. Deyaar reports more than 75,000 sq ft of amenities inside the tower, including a cinema room, golf simulator, podcast studio and infinity pool.
Deyaar announced the groundbreaking in January 2026. Its construction-update page reports that the enabling works contractor has begun shoring preparation on site. At launch the developer gave a completion date of Q4 2030; the construction-update page and CTBUH give 2029.
