DAMAC Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts is a complex of four towers in Business Bay developed by DAMAC Properties. DAMAC announced it in 2013 as Paramount's first venture into hotels and real estate. One tower houses the Paramount Hotel & Residences; the other three contain DAMAC Maison – Paramount co-branded serviced hotel residences. The towers are linked by a multi-level plaza.
The CTBUH lists each of the four towers at 268 m and 69 floors, with completion in 2018; DAMAC gives a handover of Q3 2018. In 2013 DAMAC awarded the main construction contract, described as its largest single contract at the time, to TAV Tepe Akfen Investment.
According to DAMAC, the towers hold around 1,200 furnished residences, and the interiors take their cue from a Hollywood studio. The developer lists a swimming pool, a dine-in cinema modelled on Paramount's screening rooms and a gym.
