CHIC Tower

CHIC Tower is a 41-storey residential tower by DAMAC Properties in Business Bay, with direct access to the Dubai Canal. DAMAC unveiled it in October 2022 as its second collaboration with de GRISOGONO, after the Safa One project; the interiors are by the Swiss jeweller, and the developer markets the tower under the de GRISOGONO brand.
At launch the tower offered studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and one-bedroom lofts with private terraces, with three- and four-bedroom units planned for a later stage. The concept centres on wellness: the launch plans included a set of restorative baths, a beauty bar and sky gyms.
