Canal Heights

DAMAC Properties · Business Bay

Canal Heights is a 44-storey residential tower by DAMAC Properties beside the Dubai Canal in Business Bay. DAMAC unveiled it in February 2023 as a follow-up to its CHIC Tower. The apartments range from studios to four bedrooms, with views towards Business Bay and Sheikh Zayed Road.

The interiors were designed by de GRISOGONO, with textures and forms inspired by pearls, and the developer markets the tower under the de GRISOGONO brand. Amenities on the developer's list include a pearl museum, yoga domes, a shell-shaped pool, an infinity pool, a restaurant and a rooftop café.

In spring 2023 DAMAC launched a 45-storey second tower, Canal Heights 2, which it described as the twin of Canal Heights. On its project page DAMAC gives handover as Q2 2027 in the header and Q2 2028 in the unit listings.
