Canal Heights 2 de GRISOGONO

DAMAC Properties · Business Bay

Canal Heights 2 de GRISOGONO is a 45-storey residential tower by DAMAC Properties on the Dubai Canal in Business Bay. DAMAC launched it in April 2023 and described it as the twin of its earlier Canal Heights tower; MEED called it the second branded tower in DAMAC's Canal Heights development.

The developer lists studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and three- and four-bedroom duplexes, with views towards Business Bay and Sheikh Zayed Road reported at launch. The interiors are co-branded with de GRISOGONO and follow a blue topaz theme. Amenities on the developer's list include an infinity lap pool called Star Lake with a bioluminescent edge, a pool, a beauty salon and a restaurant.

On its project page DAMAC gives handover as Q3 2027 in the introduction and Q3 2028 in the unit listings.
