Bluewaters Bay
Bluewaters Bay is a residential development by Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, at the gateway to Bluewaters. The developer places it in the bay between Bluewaters Island and The Beach at JBR, extending Marina Walk and the Bluewaters boardwalk. It consists of two towers joined by a podium, with 678 apartments of one to four bedrooms, including penthouses. Retail and food outlets occupy the podium. Vehicle access is at ground level and on Podium 3, which is reached by a ramp bridge from the Bluewaters bridge.
Woods Bagot, the design architect, completed the concept design in 2019 and was engaged again for the project's launch in mid-2022. In January 2025 Meraas awarded the main construction contract to China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East) and announced completion for Q4 2027.
