Bluewaters Island

Bluewaters is a small artificial island opposite JBR, opened in 2018. It hosts Ain Dubai (250 metres — a world record observation wheel), the Cesar's Palace hotel, a retail mall and Meraas's 10-building Bluewaters Residences with direct views of the sea and Marina. A pedestrian bridge connects to JBR; a road bridge links to Sheikh Zayed Road.
