Meera Tower
Al Habtoor Group · Al Habtoor City
Meera Tower is one of the three residential towers — Meera, Noora and Amna — that make up The Residence Collection at Al Habtoor City, developed by Al Habtoor Group on Sheikh Zayed Road beside the Dubai Water Canal. CTBUH also lists it as Al Habtoor City Tower 3.
According to CTBUH, the tower rises 213 m with 52 floors above ground; construction started in 2014 and was completed in 2018. Atkins was the architect, structural engineer and MEP engineer, and Al Habtoor Leighton Group was the main contractor.
In March 2018 Al Habtoor Group reported that the first residents had moved in about a week after the building received its official certification. At that time the tower was offered for rent; the developer gave 344 apartments, ranging from one to seven bedrooms.
