Habtoor Tower is Al Habtoor Group's new 81-storey tower joining the Al Habtoor City complex. Handover planned for 2026. At 380 metres it will become the tallest residential tower of the Sheikh Zayed Road / Business Bay corridor (above JW Marriott Marquis, SLS Dubai or Bugatti Residences).

Al Habtoor City is Al Habtoor Group's masterplan in northern Business Bay by the canal, anchored by the St. Regis, W Hotel, Habtoor Palace hotels and three residential towers. Habtoor Tower is the fourth residential block in the project, continuing the densification plan.

~1,700 apartments in a broad range: 30 m² studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom. It's the largest residential inventory among Dubai's new objects. Layout philosophy is rental-optimised: compact kitchens, maximum usable area, balconies overlooking Burj Khalifa or the canal.

Launch pricing is the most accessible among Dubai's new off-plan projects: studios from 950K AED, 1BR from 1.2M, 2BR from 1.8M, 3BR from 2.8M. This makes Habtoor Tower one of the best entry-points for investors in new Dubai inventory.

«Al Habtoor City already has three residential towers. The fourth must be the tallest — the district's symbolic maximum.»

AL HABTOOR GROUP · 2023 LAUNCH

Al Habtoor Group — one of Dubai's oldest business groups (founded 1970), entering real estate in the 2010s through the Al Habtoor City masterplan. By 2022, the project had 3 residential towers. Habtoor Tower became the fourth — the tallest and largest. The idea: claim the 'tallest residential on Sheikh Zayed Road' status before other developers could outdo it.

02Launch2023 — 2024 · LAUNCH

Sales launched in 2023. Pricing was the lowest among new projects in the premium Business Bay district (studios from 950K AED). This attracted investors looking for an entry-point in the district. By end-2024, around 70% of units had been sold — a strong figure for such a large inventory.
