Habtoor Tower is Al Habtoor Group's new 81-storey tower joining the Al Habtoor City complex. Handover planned for 2026. At 380 metres it will become the tallest residential tower of the Sheikh Zayed Road / Business Bay corridor (above JW Marriott Marquis, SLS Dubai or Bugatti Residences).
Al Habtoor City is Al Habtoor Group's masterplan in northern Business Bay by the canal, anchored by the St. Regis, W Hotel, Habtoor Palace hotels and three residential towers. Habtoor Tower is the fourth residential block in the project, continuing the densification plan.
