Al Habtoor City

Al Habtoor City is a complex developed by Al Habtoor Group on Sheikh Zayed Road, on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal; news coverage places it in Business Bay. The group's chairman, Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, inaugurated its hotels together with Marriott International in December 2016. The complex has three hotels. They opened under Marriott brands as The St. Regis Dubai, W Dubai – Al Habtoor City and The Westin Dubai, Al Habtoor City. From 1 August 2018 Hilton took over their operation, and they were renamed Habtoor Palace, LXR Hotels & Resorts; V Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton; and Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City. Three residential towers — Noora, Amna and Meera — make up the Residence Collection; in 2016 the developer described them as two 74-storey towers and one 52-storey tower. The V Hotel hosts La Perle by Dragone, an aqua show staged in a purpose-built theatre for 1,300 spectators. In 2023 Al Habtoor Group broke ground on Habtoor Tower, a further residential tower within Al Habtoor City.
