Eden House Za'abeel is a residential project by H&H Development and an addition to the developer's Eden House portfolio in Dubai. H&H lists its location as DIFC; Arabian Business reported that the site lies between Za'abeel and DIFC, with the main entrance on the Za'abeel side.
The developer lists apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, and Arabian Business also reported penthouses with wrap-around balconies. The building is designed by DXB Lab, with interiors by Tristan Auer. Arabian Business described a textured concrete façade with cascading greenery and a grid of balconies, and a landscape scheme drawing on the site's native Ghaf groves. Among the facilities it reported are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness facility, a spa suite with sauna and steam room, and a business suite.
The developer's project page gives 2024 as the start year and 2027 as the planned completion (developer's plan, as listed in 2026).
