Address Residences Zabeel
Address Residences Zabeel is a residential project by Emaar Properties consisting of four Address-branded towers. Emaar gives its address as Za'abeel 1, Dubai, and lists apartments with one to three bedrooms as well as penthouses. On its Zabeel community page the developer states more than 1,600 residential units, more than 2,600 m² of retail space and 2,000 parking spaces.
In October 2025, MEED reported that China State Construction Engineering Corporation had won a contract from Emaar for the project. Emaar names Zabeel Park, DIFC, the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall among nearby landmarks.
