Za'abeel is a district in central Dubai. Its best-known recent development is One Za'abeel, built by Ithra Dubai, a subsidiary of the Investment Corporation of Dubai, at the address #1, Za'abeel. CTBUH lists its two towers as completed in 2023; they are joined by The Link, a concourse about 100 m above ground, for which Guinness World Records named One Za'abeel the world's longest cantilevered building in March 2024. Emaar gives the address of its four-tower Address Residences Zabeel as Za'abeel 1 and states that the project has more than 1,600 residential units. Emaar lists Zabeel Park among the landmarks near Address Residences Zabeel, and in 2018 Gulf News reported that One Za'abeel was planned to have an overhead connection to the park. Khaleej Times described the park in 2005 as covering 51 hectares between the Trade Centre area and Al Karama. The Dubai Frame, a structure about 150 m high in Zabeel Park, opened to the public on 1 January 2018. The area's name is shared by Zabeel Palace. According to The National, the palace was rebuilt from 1963 to 1965 as the main residence of Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, who lived there until his death in 1990. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has received Ramadan well-wishers at Zabeel Palace.
