Nikki Beach Residences Dubai
Nikki Beach Residences is a residential development by Meraas on Pearl Jumeira (also written Pearl Jumeirah), the developer's island in the Jumeira 1 district. It forms part of the 52,000 m² Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai development and comprises 63 homes: one- to three-bedroom apartments, six townhouses and a four-bedroom penthouse. Meraas describes them as the first freehold beachfront homes in Jumeira 1.
Interiors follow a contemporary style with all-white décor and natural materials. Residents have access to a 450 m private beach, and Meraas lists a private pool, a gym and concierge service; the resort's spa, restaurants and beach club are nearby.
Meraas launched sales in July 2017, when construction was reported to be almost complete, and planned handover for Q4 2017. The phased handover of homes began in March 2018.
