Pearl Jumeirah

Pearl Jumeirah, which Meraas spells Pearl Jumeira, is an island development by Meraas located just off Jumeirah Beach near Dubai Maritime City, in the Jumeira 1 district. Meraas gives its size as 8.3 million sq ft (about 0.77 km²). Access to the island is next to the Etihad Museum. According to Meraas, the island has villas and Nikki Beach venues and continues to be developed with bespoke villas and infrastructure. It is home to Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai, a 52,000 m² development described as Nikki Beach Worldwide's first resort in the Middle East, and to the Nikki Beach Residences.
