Shoreline Apartments
Shoreline Apartments is a residential complex by Nakheel made up of 20 buildings on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah. The buildings stand in two rows of mid-rise blocks and are named after varieties of dates, in keeping with the island's palm theme. A 2006 report placed them in the first construction stage of Palm Jumeirah.
Nakheel describes the complex as four blocks of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses, with access to a private beach. Each block has its own clubhouse with a gym, swimming pools, a children's playground and restaurants.
