Como Residences
Como Residences is a residential tower on Palm Jumeirah developed by Nakheel. When Nakheel launched the project in May 2023 it described a 71-storey tower of over 300 m with 76 residences. In September 2024, when the main construction contract was awarded, Nakheel described it as 75 storeys and over 300 m tall, with 81 residences.
The apartments range from two to seven bedrooms and include a duplex penthouse. Each floor has no more than two residences, reached by access-controlled elevators that open into private lobbies. According to the developer, the tower's curved lines take their cue from seashells, and the design includes a series of elevated private sandy beaches.
The main construction contract went to ALEC Engineering & Contracting in September 2024. At that time Nakheel scheduled handover for the second quarter of 2028.
