Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah
Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah is a residential project by Arada, developed with the Armani Group, on the outer crescent of Palm Jumeirah. The building is designed by the Japanese architect Tadao Ando, and its interiors are by the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio. Dezeen describes a glass and concrete façade with a semicircular opening and curved terraces facing a ground-floor pool and a private beach.
At the sales launch in January 2024 Arada announced 53 individually designed residences, from two to five bedrooms, plus penthouses and two presidential suites spread over two floors. Residents' amenities cover about 90,000 sq ft (8,361 m²) and include a spa, a function room, a cinema, a children's playroom, a landscaped deck and a private beach. By July 2025 the developer described the project as 57 homes.
Enabling works by International Foundation Group began in late 2024. In July 2025 Arada awarded the main construction contract to China Tiesju Civil Engineering, a subsidiary of China Railway Group, after enabling, piling and shoring works were complete. Completion, originally announced for the end of 2026, is now planned for the end of 2027 (developer, announced July 2025).
