Skyhills Residences is a residential complex of two towers developed by HRE Development on Umm Suqeim Street in Dubai Science Park; Gulf Business refers to it as Skyhills Residences 1. CTBUH lists Tower 1 with 47 floors and Tower 2 with 40 floors above ground, each with two basement levels, both built in concrete. It names QHC Architects and Engineers as architect and Al Qabdah Building Contracting as main contractor, and gives 2023 for construction start and 2026 for completion.
According to CTBUH, the project is a redesign of the earlier Cayan Cantara scheme on the same street: Tower 1 replaced Cayan Cantara Branded Residences and Tower 2 replaced Cayan Cantara Hotel Apartments.
In April 2026 Gulf Business reported that HRE Development had begun handovers, six months ahead of schedule, with the apartments delivered fully furnished. It described the twin towers as HRE's first residential project as a developer.
