HRE Development
HRE Development was established in 2003 as a construction company and later moved into property development. Khaleej Times (2024) and Gulf Business (2026) both report that it has delivered more than 200 projects. Mohamed Adib Hijazi is its founder and chairman.
Its first residential project as a developer is Skyhills Residences, two towers on Umm Suqeim Street in Dubai Science Park that CTBUH lists under HRE Development as completed in 2026; Gulf Business reported in April 2026 that handovers had begun. In September 2024 Khaleej Times reported the launch of a further project, SkyHills 2, a mixed-use development in Jumeirah Village Circle.
