Stella Maris is a residential tower at the southern end of Dubai Marina, developed by Bloom Properties, a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi-based Bloom Holding. CTBUH lists it as completed in 2022, 208.6 m tall with 54 floors above ground, with construction starting in 2015. The developer described it as a G+52 tower with six basement levels.
Bloom launched the project in April 2015 at Cityscape Abu Dhabi. NSCC International was awarded the enabling works, covering the foundations and six basement levels, and in September 2016 Bloom reported these works 80% complete. CTBUH names RMJM as design architect, LACASA as architect of record and General Construction Company as main contractor.
The announced mix ranges from one- to three-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom duplexes, townhouses and penthouses; the townhouses and penthouses were planned with private terraces and pools. At launch the developer said the façade's horizontal balconies and shading were meant to suggest a breaking wave.
