Marina Pinnacle, also known as Tiger Tower, is a residential tower in Dubai Marina with 764 apartments.
Gulf News described Tiger Properties as the developer and master developer of the tower and reported, when construction was finished, that the tower was completed and ready to be handed over to its owners.
On the evening of 13 June 2025 a fire broke out in the tower. The Dubai Media Office said all 3,820 residents of its 764 apartments were evacuated and no injuries were reported; the fire was brought under control within about six hours. In January 2026 Khaleej Times reported a Dubai Land Department letter dated 26 December 2025 saying that rehabilitation works, including structural repairs and the restoration of building systems and services, were set to begin, with an expected duration of about eight months, and that DLD would coordinate with the management company to monitor the works. The sources found do not say whether the works have been completed.
