After Address Downtown's successful 2008 launch, Emaar decided to replicate the hotel-residence format in other districts. Marina was the first choice — Dubai's most populous and sought-after district for the mid-to-top segment. The plot was acquired next to Marina Mall, ensuring direct integration with retail infrastructure.

02Construction & delivery2007 — 2009 · CONSTRUCTION

Construction moved quickly — 2007–2009. By delivery in 2009, the object was 90% sold. Location next to the DMCC metro station (opened 2010) further boosted value: residents gained direct access to Dubai's full public transit network.
