Address Dubai Marina is a hotel and serviced-residence building on Al Marsa Street in Dubai Marina, developed by Emaar Properties. CTBUH lists it as completed in 2009, 123.4 m tall, with 44 floors above ground, and also records the name Marina Plaza.
Emaar Hospitality Group announced the opening of The Address Dubai Marina on 29 October 2009. Business Traveller described it as the third Address hotel in Dubai, after Address Downtown Burj Dubai and Address Dubai Mall. Emaar Hospitality described a five-star business hotel with 200 rooms and 442 serviced residences, each with a private balcony.
In 2018 Emaar agreed to sell the hotel, together with four other Dubai hotels, to Abu Dhabi National Hotels; the deal provided for long-term management agreements with Emaar Hospitality. In 2024 the hotel was rebranded as JW Marriott Hotel Marina; Marriott lists 200 rooms and suites and direct access to Dubai Marina Mall.
