DAMAC Riverside is a master community by DAMAC Properties in Dubai Investments Park. DAMAC lists it as covering 10 million sq ft, with 1,902 villas and townhouses and 4,490 apartments. The developer announced the community in 2024. Its apartments are sold as a separate project, Riverside Views, which DAMAC unveiled in January 2025.
The villas and townhouses are the subject of this entry. DAMAC's site describes four- and five-bedroom townhouses, and its current project page lists a five-bedroom villa. In March 2025 MEED reported that China Nuclear Industry No. 22 Construction Company had been appointed main contractor for a 594-unit villa project at DAMAC Riverside; in July 2025 it reported a construction contract for DAMAC Riverside Lush, a cluster of 750 townhouses.
Several of the amenities on DAMAC's official list are set on or by the water. The list includes a beach area called Malibu Cove, an Essential Oils Lake, floating sports facilities, a floating stage, an island restaurant, a children's activity area and a waterfront clubhouse.
