Dubai Investments Park

Dubai Investments Park (DIP) was established in 1997 by Dubai Investments and covers 2,300 hectares. It combines industrial, commercial and residential areas, with warehouses, offices, homes, schools and other facilities. It is run by Dubai Investments Park Development Co., a unit of Dubai Investments PJSC, and lies near Al Maktoum International Airport. Dubai Investment Park station on the Dubai Metro's Route 2020 opened on 1 June 2021; it is an underground station. Residential developments in the district include DAMAC Riverside, a master community by DAMAC Properties.
