Riverside Views is the apartment project of DAMAC Riverside, the DAMAC Properties community in Dubai Investments Park. DAMAC unveiled it in January 2025, at an event held at the Coca-Cola Arena. The project offers one- and two-bedroom apartments arranged in eight themed clusters: Teal, Azure, Marine, Indigo, Royal, Capri, Sun and Pacific. The developer places it about 15 minutes from both Expo 2020 and Al Maktoum International Airport, and announced handover for 31 May 2028.
The amenities named in DAMAC's launch release include five dining options, among them a Portofino Italian restaurant and a floating island restaurant, as well as a Zen Spa, a hydroponic farm, fitness facilities by the water, a floating chess stage, a floating opera, essential oil lakes and Peace Rooms.
In August 2025 DAMAC launched a further cluster of one- and two-bedroom apartments, Capri One, at an event at Madinat Jumeirah, Gulf Business reported.
