Vida Residences Dubai Mall

Vida Residences Dubai Mall is part of the Vida Dubai Mall development by Emaar Properties in Downtown Dubai, with views of Burj Khalifa. Emaar Hospitality Group announced the project in April 2017: a 195-room Vida hotel linked directly to The Dubai Mall, and 614 serviced residences under the Vida Residences Dubai Mall name. The plan set out two towers, of 55 and 38 storeys, joined by a seven-storey podium with an outdoor pool, kids club and event spaces; the hotel and 380 of the residences were to be in the taller tower. In August 2017 the hotel's opening was expected in 2021.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the two buildings as Vida Dubai Mall Tower 1 and Tower 2 (also named Vida Residences Dubai Mall), on Al Ohood Street, with 56 and 39 floors above ground. Both are recorded as serviced-apartment buildings, started in 2018 and completed in 2023, with Aedas as architect, WSP as structural engineer and Shapoorji Pallonji as main contractor.
In February 2025 Business Traveller reported that Emaar Hospitality Group had opened the Vida Dubai Mall hotel, with 195 rooms.
