The St. Regis Residences Dubai is a residential project by Emaar Properties in Downtown Dubai, carrying the St. Regis name. Emaar describes two art deco-inspired towers above the Dubai Opera district, joined by a podium with shared amenities, offering one- to three-bedroom apartments. CTBUH lists the complex on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard with 1,097 apartments in total, names Emaar Properties and Mirage Leisure and Development as developers, and LWK & Partners as architect.
According to CTBUH, Tower 1 rises 269.3 m with 68 floors above ground and 643 apartments, and Tower 2 rises 179.5 m with 44 floors above ground and 454 apartments; each has five basement levels. Emaar gives the tower heights as 262 m and 171 m. CTBUH records the project as proposed in 2021, under construction since 2023, with completion of both towers expected in 2027.
Emaar's amenity list includes a swimming pool and children's pool on the podium deck, a gym, a library and cognac room, residential lounges, guest suites, covered parking and retail at ground level.
