Il Primo

Il Primo is a residential tower developed by Emaar Properties in the Opera District of Downtown Dubai, next to Dubai Opera. In June 2016 Gulf Business reported a soft launch of the project, described as 119 four- and five-bedroom apartments. Emaar's project page lists apartments with four to six bedrooms; Gulf News reported in 2018 that each apartment occupies a full floor or at least half of one.

The CTBUH Skyscraper Center gives an architectural height of 356 m, 79 floors above ground and 6 below, and 119 apartments, with construction starting in 2017 and completion in 2023. CTBUH names TAV Construction as main contractor, WSP as architect of record and Mace as project manager; MEED reported Emaar's award of the tower contract to TAV in January 2018. The tower topped out in June 2021, when Gulf News and Gulf Construction described it as a 77-storey structure with a podium and six basement and parking levels.

CTBUH also lists a second building in the Il Primo complex, Il Primo Tower 2, at 300 m and 71 floors, without a status. Amenities listed by Emaar include an infinity swimming pool, a gym, a library, a movie theatre and a golf simulator.
