Grande Signature Residences

Grande Signature Residences is a residential tower by Emaar in The Opera District of Downtown Dubai, on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard next to Dubai Opera, facing Burj Park and Burj Lake. Emaar launched the project as Grande, announcing a 78-storey tower, and opened sales on 13 May 2018; at launch it offered apartments with one to four bedrooms.
In September 2018 trade press reported that the architecture firm SSH had been selected by Emaar and appointed by WSP to provide architecture services for the tower, which stands above a podium with a retail promenade. According to the CTBUH Skyscraper Center, construction started in 2017 and the tower was completed in 2023; it has 72 floors above ground and an architectural height of 279.2 m.
Emaar's current project page uses the name Grande Signature Residences, gives the address as Grande at The Opera District and lists an infinity pool, a yoga room, a children's playground, a fitness centre and a health club.
