Burj Crown
Emaar Properties · Downtown Dubai
Burj Crown is a residential tower by Emaar Properties on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, in the Opera District of Downtown Dubai. Emaar launched it on 9 January 2020. The tower has 44 floors and 440 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with direct access from the boulevard and a drop-off area for residents and taxis.
The tower was designed by the Hong Kong-based firm LWK + Partners. According to Emaar, the amenities include a reception and lounge, a Leisure Deck with green spaces, a children's playground, a barbecue area and a swimming pool for children and adults, and an "Active Roof" communal space facing Burj Khalifa; a footbridge links the podium to the adjacent tower.
In July 2020 Middle East Construction News reported that the tower was under construction, with completion scheduled for October 2023. The sources found do not confirm whether the tower has since been completed.
