The Address Residences Dubai Opera

The Address Residences Dubai Opera is a two-tower development by Emaar Properties in the Opera District of Downtown Dubai, on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard next to Dubai Opera. Emaar presents it as serviced residences with one- to five-bedroom apartments. In April 2016 Emaar Hospitality Group listed the project among new additions to the serviced residences portfolio of The Address Hotels + Resorts in Dubai.
In July 2016 Emaar invited contractors to express interest in building the project, and in January 2018 MEED reported that Turkey's Tav had won tower construction contracts in the Opera District, including this one. MEED described a 65-storey residential tower and a 55-storey hotel and serviced apartment building. In 2019 Abanos was appointed for the joinery and fit-out of one of the towers; Middle East Construction News then gave the total as 809 apartments, from one-bedroom units to four- and five-bedroom penthouses.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists both towers as completed in 2023: Tower 1 is 260 m tall with 65 floors (residential), and Tower 2 is 230 m tall with 55 floors (serviced apartments / hotel). CTBUH names TAV Construction as main contractor, Khatib & Alami as design architect and Yazdani Studio as architect of record.
