The Address Residence Fountain Views

The Address Residence Fountain Views is a complex of three towers developed by Emaar Properties in Downtown Dubai, with serviced residences run by Emaar's Address Hotels + Resorts brand and a hotel. Emaar launched Fountain Views I and II for sale in early 2013, presenting serviced residences with one to four bedrooms linked to The Dubai Mall as part of the mall's expansion; serviced residences in Fountain Views III were unveiled in September 2013. In February 2014 Emaar selected Arabian Construction Company as main contractor for the three towers.

The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists Fountain Views I and II as completed in 2018, each 280 m tall with 71 floors, and Fountain Views III as completed in 2019, 331.8 m tall with 77 floors above ground and 3 below. For Fountain Views III, CTBUH names Dewan Architects & Engineers as architect, WME Consultants as structural and MEP engineer and Arabian Construction Company as main contractor; Dewan names DP Architects and Atkins as fellow members of the design team.

The hotel, Address Fountain Views, opened in October 2019 with 193 rooms. On 8 January 2024 Emaar renamed it Address Dubai Mall, describing a property with 193 rooms and 783 residences, connected to The Dubai Mall by an air-conditioned walkway.
