Address Grand Downtown

Address Grand Downtown is a residential tower developed by Emaar Properties in Downtown Dubai. Emaar presents it as branded residences under its Address brand, rising 55 storeys, with apartments of three to five bedrooms as well as two-level residences.

In March 2026 MEED reported that Emaar had appointed a contractor for the tower, describing it as a 55-storey residential building in Downtown Dubai. The contractor's name and a completion date were not found in an open source and are not given here.

Emaar's project page lists residents' facilities including an adults-only rooftop pool, spa services, concierge services, a chauffeur suite, a yoga studio, a family club and a gym.
