Muraba Veil

Muraba Veil is a residential tower by the Dubai developer Muraba in Al Wasl, located along Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai Canal; the developer gives its address as 58 B Street, Al Wasl. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists it as under construction since 2025, with a height of 378.5 m, 73 floors above ground and 7 below, 131 apartments and expected completion in 2028. When the design was presented in October 2024, the height was reported as 380 m.

The tower was designed by the Spanish studio RCR Arquitectes, winner of the 2017 Pritzker Prize; Gulf News and CNN describe it as the fifth collaboration between Muraba and RCR. The building is 22.5 m wide, and each apartment spans its full width, with views on both sides. Apartments are arranged around courtyards, and the building is wrapped in a stainless steel mesh, the "veil" that gives the project its name. Reported apartment sizes range from two to five bedrooms.

CTBUH lists WSP as structural and MEP engineer and Arup as project manager. Reported amenities include a spa, restaurant, art gallery, padel court and private cinema, with a communal space beneath a dune-like structure at the base of the tower. Completion was reported for December 2028.
