Muraba

Muraba, also referred to as Muraba Properties, is a Dubai-based property developer founded by Ibrahim Al Ghurair. Its website lists two projects, Muraba Dia and Muraba Veil, both designed by the Spanish studio RCR Arquitectes. Al Ghurair has described Muraba as a small company, and in an earlier Gulf News interview said he did not believe in taking on many projects at the same time.

Muraba Dia, on East Crescent Road on Palm Jumeirah, was the company's first project with RCR. Muraba Veil is a 73-storey residential tower beside Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai Canal; CTBUH lists it as under construction since 2025. Al Ghurair also founded Dar Al Marefa School in Dubai, designed by RCR Arquitectes.
