Tilal Al Furjan
Tilal Al Furjan is a villa community launched by Nakheel in January 2022 on an elevated site overlooking the Al Furjan master community. The launch announcement described 220 villas with four or five bedrooms and built-up areas of up to 5,270 sq ft (about 490 m²). According to Nakheel, each villa has a private garden with provision for a pool and a garage for up to three cars, and the homes include solar water heaters, fresh-air heat exchangers and an electric-vehicle charging point.
In December 2022 Nakheel appointed GINCO General Contracting to build the first phase of 235 units and Bhatia General Contracting to build the second phase of 246 units, and said handover was expected by the end of 2024. Nakheel's project page now lists Tilal Al Furjan among its latest handovers, reports construction progress of 100% and states that customer orientation and handover are in progress.
