FIVE Holdings is a Dubai real estate and hospitality group. Forbes Middle East reports that Kabir Mulchandani founded it as SKAI Holdings in 2013 and rebranded it to FIVE in 2017; Gulf Business reported the rebranding in June 2017 and names Mulchandani as chairman and CEO.
Under the SKAI name the company developed the Viceroy Palm Jumeirah Dubai hotel and residences, which Khaleej Times called its flagship development and which was later renamed FIVE Palm Jumeirah Dubai. Forbes Middle East lists FIVE Palm Jumeirah, FIVE Jumeirah Village and FIVE LUXE among the group's properties in the UAE.
