Enshaa (Enshaa PSC) is a UAE-based real estate development company. The company names Majid Al Futtaim Group, Emirates Investments Group and Abraaj Capital as its major shareholders, the same three investors Gulf News listed in June 2007, when it reported that Enshaa was chaired by Shaikh Tariq Bin Faisal Al Qasimi and that its board had appointed Raza Jafar as managing director.

In Dubai, Enshaa's portfolio includes Palazzo Versace Dubai, the D1 residential tower and Emirates Financial Towers in the Dubai International Financial Centre. Gulf News reported in 2007 that Enshaa was developing Palazzo Versace and D1 in Culture Village through its joint venture Emirates Sunland Group; in October 2011, according to Arabian Business, an Enshaa subsidiary took full control of Palazzo Versace Dubai in a swap that gave up Enshaa's stake in Palazzo Versace on Australia's Gold Coast.

According to the company, Enshaa is also the majority shareholder of Kele Contracting, a Dubai-based high-rise contractor, and owns Signature Clubs, which develops Capital Clubs in Dubai, Bahrain and East Africa.
