Town Square

Town Square is a master-planned community developed by Nshama and launched in 2015. It lies near Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road, next to the Arabian Ranches Golf Course and the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club. It was announced on about 750 acres, with townhouses and mid-rise apartment buildings arranged around a central park. In February 2025 the Roads and Transport Authority awarded a contract to widen 3.4 km of Al Qudra Street from the Emirates Road intersection, and named Town Square, together with Mira and DAMAC Hills 2, among the developments the upgrade serves.
