The S at Sobha Hartland II is a residential tower announced by Sobha Realty on 17 July 2025, together with the launch of its Sobha Privy Collection brand. The developer presents it as the final and tallest tower within the Sobha Hartland II masterplan. Gulf News, reporting it as the S Tower at Sobha Hartland 2, places it in Meydan.
According to the developer, the tower has 71 storeys and a plan in the form of an equilateral triangle at the apex of the district's canal arc. Residences start from the eighth floor, with two residences per floor and a floor-to-floor height of 4 m. The developer lists a triple-height lobby, concierge and valet services. No completion or handover date was given in the launch coverage.
The tower is a separate project from The S Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, a completed 62-storey Sobha building; the developer says the new tower was inspired by it.
