Sobha Hartland II

Sobha Hartland II is a master-planned, mixed-use development by Sobha Realty in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai. The developer unveiled it at Cityscape Dubai in November 2022 as a community located next to Sobha Hartland. The developer gives its size as 8 million sq ft (about 0.74 km²). The community combines five- and six-bedroom villas with apartments of one to four bedrooms. According to the developer, about 90 acres are given over to open space and greenery; news coverage notes views of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Projects listed by the developer in the community include Riverside Crescent, Skyvue, Skyscape and the Sobha Estates villas.
