The Beach Collection, Palm Jebel Ali

The Beach Collection is a series of beachfront villas developed by Nakheel on Palm Jebel Ali. Nakheel announced it in November 2024 with 10 villa styles, eight of them new designs, comprising five- and six-bedroom villas of about 7,300 to 8,500 sq ft (roughly 680 to 790 m²); at that time the developer said the first residences were expected to be completed by the end of 2027.

In January 2025 Nakheel named six architecture firms for the collection's 10 designs: WATG, SAOTA, Whitespace Architects, NAGA Architects, LOCI and LW Design Group. Design names given include Baia Luna by WATG, Ocean Whisper and Bluejay by SAOTA, Cyan Sky by NAGA Architects, Cobalt Beach by LOCI and Wave Crest by LW Design Group.

In October 2025 Nakheel unveiled further Beach Collection villas, quoting sizes of 7,500 to 8,500 sq ft. In August 2026 it released 44 villas on Frond F of Palm Jebel Ali, combining designs from the Beach Collection and the Coral Collection, whose villas are larger (about 11,500 to 12,500 sq ft).
