Jumeirah Village Circle

Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is a master community developed by Nakheel. The developer gives its area as 560 hectares, describes it as built in a circular pattern and lists access from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Khail Road and Hessa Street. Gulf News reported that the community combines more than 700 villas built by Nakheel with over 230 buildings by third-party developers. Nakheel delivered a project of 90 four-bedroom villas there in 2015. In April 2021 Nakheel soft-opened Circle Mall, a 532,000 sq ft community mall in JVC.
