Verde by Sobha is a residential tower in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), launched in February 2023 as Sobha Realty's first project in the district under a joint agreement with DMCC. The tower stands opposite Cluster H on First Al Khail Street, with views towards Jumeirah Islands, Emirates Hills and the Emirates Golf Course.
CTBUH lists the building with 59 floors above ground and an architectural height of 230 m, construction starting in 2023, and the status "architecturally topped out". It names PNC Architects as architect and Sobha Group as main contractor. Storey counts differ between sources: the 2023 launch announcements described seven podium levels and 58 floors, while the developer's current project page calls it a 66-storey tower.
The tower contains one- to three-bedroom apartments. Pools, a gym, BBQ areas and multipurpose halls are on the podium levels, with food and beverage and retail space at ground level, and the developer describes an infinity pool on level 65. Completion was scheduled for Q4 2026 (developer, announced 2023).
