Jouri Hills

Jouri Hills is a residential community by Arada at Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai. Arada launched it at Cityscape Dubai on 21 November 2022 as its first project in Dubai and its first outside Sharjah, describing it as the latest phase of the Jumeirah Golf Estates master plan. Gulf News reported that the land, about 2.3 million sq ft (around 214,000 m²), was acquired as part of an extension of Jumeirah Golf Estates.

The project has 294 homes, from three-bedroom townhouses to six-bedroom mansions; detached villas come with a swimming pool, and the largest homes exceed 14,000 sq ft (about 1,300 m²) over four floors, with underground parking. Arada lists a community park with cycling and running tracks, swimming pools and a Wellfit fitness centre, and describes the community as gated with 24-hour security.

In October 2023 Arada awarded the main construction contract for all units to Intermass, scheduled to take 21 months, and a landscape and infrastructure contract to Proscape. At launch Arada planned first handovers for June 2025 (developer, announced 2022); no source found confirms that homes have been completed or handed over.
