Jumeirah Golf Estates is a residential golf community in Dubai, managed by wasl Asset Management Group. In 2022 its master plan was described as covering about 40 million sq ft (around 3.7 km²) with more than 1,800 homes in several residential clusters. It is built around two championship golf courses, Earth and Fire, designed by Greg Norman and operated by Dubai Golf, a wasl subsidiary. The Earth Course has hosted the season-ending DP World Tour Championship since 2009, and in November 2022 an agreement kept the tournament there until 2031. The community also has the ETPI golf academy, two shopping centres and a clubhouse with swimming pools, a gym, tennis and padel courts and restaurants. Jouri Hills, launched by Arada in November 2022, is a later phase of the master plan. A Dubai Metro station named Jumeirah Golf Estates, on the Route 2020 line, opened on 1 September 2021.
