Beach Vista

Beach Vista is a residential development by Emaar Development and the first residential project launched for sale at Emaar Beachfront, in January 2018. It consists of two towers with 375 apartments of one to four bedrooms. Emaar described the towers at launch as 33 and 26 storeys; the CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists them with 41 and 33 floors above ground.
In June 2018 Emaar Development took possession of the land and began site mobilisation and enabling works; handover was then scheduled for the third quarter of 2021. CTBUH lists both towers as completed in 2021.
Residents have access to a private beach, reported by Arabian Business at launch as about 1.5 km long. According to the developer, the podium contains swimming pools, gyms and parking, with retail at ground level.
