Azizi Venice

Azizi Venice is a mixed-use community by Azizi Developments in the Golf District of Dubai South, next to Emirates Road (E611), about five minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport. Azizi unveiled it on 27 September 2023 at an event at the Coca-Cola Arena, and a groundbreaking ceremony was held on 3 October 2023, the day sales began. Azizi is the master developer, responsible for the buildings, roads and infrastructure; the design firm AE7 is the project consultant.

The Venice-inspired plan sets the buildings around a swimmable lagoon of desalinated water with beaches, an 8 km cycling and jogging track and a promenade. At launch Azizi announced a gross floor area of 24 million sq ft on a plot of about 15 million sq ft, with more than 30,000 homes in about 100 apartment complexes and more than 400 villas and mansions; reports in 2026 cite more than 36,000 units in over 100 apartment complexes plus more than 109 mansions. Plans also include a temperature-controlled pedestrian boulevard with an opera house, hotels, schools and a hospital.

In May 2026 Middle East Construction News reported that the first 14 buildings had reached 39% completion overall. In August 2026 Azizi said work was running around the clock, with its construction partner Gardinia.
