DAMAC Residenze is a 47-storey DAMAC tower in Dubai Marina, delivered 2017. It's one of the early examples of DAMAC's 'branded interiors' strategy — partnership with a luxury brand for apartment finishes. For Residenze, the partner became Italian Fendi Casa (Fendi's furniture arm).
~270 apartments: 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom of 70 to 200 m². All units receive Fendi Casa finishes: Italian furniture, leather elements, brass accents, mood-board drawn from Fendi fashion collections. This gives DAMAC Residenze a unique identity among Marina towers — every apartment feels more curated than a standard residence.

Pricing: 1BR from 1.5M AED, 2BR from 2.5M, 3BR from 4M. Yields 6–7%.

In 2012 DAMAC Properties — Dubai's largest private developer after Emaar — began a branded-interior partnership strategy. The idea: every DAMAC residence object should have a luxury partner for finishes. DAMAC Residenze became one of the first such projects with Fendi Casa as the partner.
Construction ran 2014–2017. All 270 units received Fendi Casa finishes: branded sofas, dining tables, lighting, bedding, decorative items. A unique case — branded interiors normally apply only to the luxury segment, but DAMAC applied the format to a mid-luxury object.
Today DAMAC Residenze is a stable mid-luxury Marina address with unique identity (Fendi Casa). This attracts a defined audience — Europeans and Asians who value Italian design without Address-level pricing.
